Svi težimo da živimo zdravo. A šta to zapravo znači?

I nisu uopšte ni skupe ni dosadne, bezukusne.

Na svom Instagram nalogu The Fitness Dietitian ona redovno objavljuje postove, razbija mitove i predrasude i savjetuje svoje pratioce.

Nije sve u hrani i materijalnim stvarima.

I really don’t even need to caption this photo for you guys 😆😆 Those who actually know me know how silly I am most of the time & ‘posing’ for the perfect Instagram photo is so foreign to me 🤷🏼‍♀️ I usually let someone take a photo of me ‘posing’ for all of 10 seconds then I get embarrassed and go back to my silly self 😂 I know I keep raving about those perfect Instagram photos but the reality is... 99% of the time.. Instagramers are the photo on the right - terrible bikini tans, frizzy hair & zits 💁🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️Oh and did you notice the finger on the lens? Thanks @brisbane_local 😂😆 #keepingitreal #selflove #embraceyourface #instagrammers #reality #reallife #bikini #beach #photoshop #comparison #instagramvsreallife #fiji

Pričajte

Govorite svojim prijateljima o svojim životnim ciljevima.

I’m having the best time in Fiji but wanted to post something for you guys to show you that you can go away but still eat relatively healthy too 😁👌🏼 Don’t get me wrong, there are plenty of cocktails, ice creams & treats devoured while we’ve been away but we haven’t used it as an excuse to right off all the hard work we’ve been doing all year 🤨 You guys have messaged me asking about my tips to stay healthy on holidays so here are some of my top ones below for you: - Order salad or veggies where ever possible for each meal (the more colour the better!) + aim for a good quality lean protein with each meal - Add plenty of protein, fibre & healthy fat at breakfast to keep you full all morning long (my typical breaky at the buffet here is a veggie omelet, baked beans, hash brown & fruit) - Bring your own healthy snacks from home to nibble on while out on day trips (protein balls, nuts, fruit) - Watch the calories in drinks, sure I’ve had plenty of cocktails but I’m passing on the other calorie laden drinks (juice, soft drink, milkshakes) as a general rule & sticking to plain water as my main fluid 💦 - Say no to things that you don’t 100% appeal to you (sure I LOVE ice cream but cupcakes & biscuits don’t take my fancy that much so I pass on them & happily enjoy my ice cream instead). Remember you don’t need to eat everything that’s in front of you or offered to you, stick to the things you truly love instead in small amounts. - Add in as much activity as possible. Try hiking or swimming. If we haven’t been able to leave the hotel to go hiking we’ve just walked along the beach or gone snorkeling instead to burn off some extra calories 💦👙 - My final tip is to watch who you dine with - my partner weighs 20kg more than me with a hell of a lot more muscle mass so he can get away with eating A LOT more calories - don’t get caught into the trap of eating the same amount as the person you dine with - remember every body is different & needs different amounts of fuel 👌🏼 (see the picture for example hehe) That’s all from me tonight guys - I’m off for another cocktail & to watch the locals sing & dance around the fire 🔥🍹
